Gary J. Rouleau joins Grants Consultant Firm as new Director of Grant Operations

Clarence, NY, October 26, 2006 – Jean K. O’Connell, Owner of J. O’Connell & Associates, a successful Grants Consultant  Firm has announced that Gary J. Rouleau has joined the firm as Director of Grant Operations.  Rouleau comes from a decade of government experience working for the  New York State Senate (Senator George D. Maziarz) and  the New York State Governor’s Office Of Regional Affairs (Governor George E. Pataki).

“Gary’s impressive background in government and his education in Business make him an ideal addition to our team” said O’Connell.“  He has experience with a wide range of responsibilities in government and understands the process very well. As a former Western New York Regional Representative to the Governor and Director of the New York State Senate Committee on Tourism, Recreation and Sports Development, Gary has the experience and knowledge to oversee the firms expansion of grant operations.”

Rouleau has a decade of experience in government and is a graduate of Hilbert College where he earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration.
