The Town of Royalton, located in Niagara County, has been awarded a $25,600 from the New York State Governor’s Office for Small Cities Technical Assistance Program.  The funds will be used to develop the Gasport Revitalization Plan.  The plan will address the economic growth and development of the community while incorporating a variety of public and infrastructure needs.  The grant was secured by J. O'Connell & Associates, a grant writing and consulting firm located in Clarence, New York.
