| October 27, 2006 The Town of Spring Valley has been awarded a $350,000 Restore NY Grant. The Restore NY program was developed to provide assistance to municipalities to help finance ongoing efforts to revitalize urban centers, encourage economic development, and improve housing in comm- unities throughout the state. The grant was secured by J. O'Connell & Associates, a grant writing and consulting firm located in Clarence, New York.  |
