Hamlin Fire Department Awarded $321K for Consolidation of Districts

J. O’Connell & Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce that through our services the Hamlin Fire Department was awarded $321,595 to implement a fire district consolidation plan with the Morton and Walker Fire Departments. This grant will cover the costs associated with planning, and implementing a consolidation of three fire districts into one, which will reduce tax payer costs while maintaining response efficiency and quality of service.

The Millwood Fire District has been awarded $161,164.00 for Equipment and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Dansville Fire Department Awarded $68K

The system will assist in protecting all equipment, the 110 active volunteer personnel in the Department, as well as the community being served, from dangerous diesel emissions.
