Village of Depew Police Department Awarded $8K

J. O’Connell & Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce that through our services the Village of Depew Police Department was awarded $7,315 for Police Traffic Services to address speeding and distracted driving and $1,230 for Child Passenger Safety awareness and education.
This funding was secured through the Governor’s Traffic Safety Committee.

Bread of Life Outreach Center Awarded $23K

J. O’Connell & Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce that through our services the Bread of Life Outreach Center (BOLO) was awarded $23,908 to make needed updates to the community kitchen. This grant will allow BOLO to expand its services to provide meals, cooking instruction, fund raisers, and day services with hot lunch for memory impaired individuals.

Cattaraugus-Little Valley CSD Awarded $3,000
May 15, 2020
J. O’Connell & Associates, Inc.is pleased to announce that through our services the Cattaraugus-Little Valley CSD was awarded $3,000 in support of the 2020 Reading Buddy Book Boxes outreach program for emergent first graders. Students will each receive customized book boxes with appropriate-level reading texts, enrichment activities for independent and family-supported learning, “reading buddy” stuffed animals, and a personal message to the student. This program was developed to neutralize the documented summer reading loss between Kindergarten and First grade.
This funding was secured through the Dollar General Youth Literacy Program.
