After conducting client needs assessments to identify potentially fundable programs, the firm prepares organizational background statements, formal letters of intent and written proposals for submission to granting agencies. All project development is reviewed and approved by owner Jean O’Connell, and as a quality control requirement; there are several layers of review including Jean, her management team and of course the client. After submission, our staff tracks your application to keep you apprised of its review and funding status.
