This van will be used to provide Grand Islands’ 3,758 senior citizens with needed transportation for medical services.

O’Connell & Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce that through our services The Village of Spring Valley was awarded $50,000 to assist elderly residents of Rockland County with emergency home repairs through the New York State RESTORE program. The Residential Emergency Services to Offer (Home) Repairs to the Elderly (RESTORE) program allows qualifying low-income senior citizens in single family homes to receive assistance addressing health and safety issues in their homes.
