Village of East Rochester Awarded $600

This funding was secured through the United Way of Greater Rochester and Rochester Community Foundation – Community Crisis Fund.
YMCA of the Twin Tiers Awarded $2K

J. O’Connell & Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce that through our services the YMCA of the Twin Tiers was awarded $2,500 to implement the ‘Afterschool KidzLit Program’ to improve reading skills for Grades K-5.
This funding was secured through the Dollar General Youth Literacy Program.
Explore & More Children’s Museum Awarded $5K

O’Connell & Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce that through our services Explore & More Children’s Museum was awarded $5,000 in support of their EnCompass Outreach Program, which presents educational activities at libraries in economically disadvantaged urban and rural areas of Erie County. EnCompass programming is designed to foster curiosity, creativity and imagination in children through hands-on exhibits and activities.
This funding was secured through the Josephine Goodyear Foundation.
Buffalo City Mission Awarded $5K

O’Connell & Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce that through our services the Buffalo City Mission was awarded $5,000 to off-set costs of field trip/class fees and transportation during the Summer Kids’ Academic Time Enrichment (SKATE) 6-week summer camp. This program engages homeless children living at Cornerstone Manor, as well as, children living in the nearby East Side neighborhoods in a free summertime academic and enrichment program.
This funding was secured through the Marks Family Foundation.
Village of Spring Valley Awarded $50K

This funding was secured through the New York State Department of Labor Hazard Abatement Board – Occupational Safety & Health Administration Training & Education Grant.
